These terms govern your use of www.blti.training and the courses Better Leaders Training Institute ("BLTI", "we", "us") sells through it. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to them.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password confidential. One account is for one person — accounts may not be shared, and a seat purchased in bulk by an employer may only be redeemed by one employee.
Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details. A corporate buyer purchasing multiple seats receives one redemption code per seat, each usable once.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet completed the final exam for that course. Refund requests after a certificate has been issued, or on a redeemed bulk seat once the individual has started the course, are handled at BLTI's discretion. To request a refund, contact support@blti.training.
Your license to course content
Purchasing or being granted access to a course gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view its content for your own learning. You may not download, redistribute, publicly perform, record, or re-upload course video or PDF material, or share your login or a redemption code with anyone else. PDF lessons are provided for on-screen reading only; the in-browser viewer's watermarking and disabled save/print controls are there to discourage unauthorized copying, not as a guarantee against it — please respect the license regardless.
Proctored exams and academic integrity
Some courses require a proctored final exam to earn a certificate. Taking it requires your explicit consent to the monitoring described in our Privacy Policy. Attempting to circumvent that monitoring, receiving unauthorized help during the exam, or otherwise attempting to obtain a certificate dishonestly is a violation of these terms and may result in: that attempt being voided or requiring staff review before a certificate is issued, exhausting your attempts on that exam, suspension of your account, and — if discovered after the fact — revocation of a certificate already issued.
Certificates
A certificate reflects that you completed a course's requirements as assessed at the time it was issued. Certificates carry a unique number and can be verified by anyone, without logging in, on our certificate verification page.
Prohibited conduct
In addition to the above, you agree not to: attempt to access another user's account or data, scrape or systematically extract course content, interfere with the site's operation, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including for exam-integrity violations described above. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Disclaimer
Courses are provided "as is," for educational purposes. Completing a course or earning a certificate does not guarantee any particular career, employment, or business outcome.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] — to be completed before this policy is relied on commercially.
