Do you lead everyone the same way?
Strong leaders don't have one style. They change how much direction and support they give to suit the person and the task. Work through 15 short workplace situations and see how well your instincts match what each one needs.

What this measures
Whatever task a person takes on, two things decide how much help they need from you: how well they know how to do it, and how confident and motivated they feel about doing it. A new starter on an unfamiliar task, a capable person shaken by a setback, and a proven performer who doubts themselves each need something different from their leader.
The Leadership Flex Check looks at how closely your instinctive responses match those differences. It measures your range (do you have more than one gear?) and your fit (do you use the right one at the right time?). It isn't a personality test, and it doesn't reward being either "tough" or "nice."
Missing in either direction costs you. Holding on too tightly frustrates people who are ready for more. Handing over too early leaves people stranded and lets problems surface late.

What happens to my answers?
Your answers are scored on our own servers and are not sent to any third-party AI service. A result with no email attached is deleted after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Is this a scientific test?
It is a reflection tool built on well-established ideas about adapting your approach to the person and the task. It isn't a validated psychometric instrument, so use it to start a conversation with yourself and your team, not as a final verdict on your leadership.
