Cookie Policy

This explains every cookie and similar browser storage that blti.company uses, why, and how to change your mind at any time. It works alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers what we do with the rest of your information.
How your choice works
The first time you visit, a banner asks you to Accept all, Reject non-essential, or choose by category. Nothing beyond the necessary items below is set until you decide. You can change your answer at any time with the 🍪 button in the corner of any page or the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. "Reject non-essential" is exactly as easy as "Accept all".
Necessary: always on
These make the site work, keep it secure, or remember something you asked for. They can't be switched off, because the site (including your ability to change your cookie choice) doesn't work without them.

Cloudflare, which protects the site, shows a CAPTCHA check (Turnstile) on account forms such as sign-up and sign-in. It runs in a Cloudflare frame and may store the data it needs to tell people from bots. It isn't used for advertising or to track you.
Analytics: only with your consent
Our own page statistics show us which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. They are never used for advertising.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or any other browser storage, and without following you across sites. Google Analytics is not in use. If we ever turn it on, it will only run with your consent and will be listed here first.
Marketing: none
We don't use any advertising or marketing cookies or pixels. If that ever changes, they'll be listed here first, they'll only run with your consent, and your existing "no" will stay a "no".
Videos
Our lesson videos, and some videos on other pages, are hosted on YouTube and embedded in its privacy-enhanced mode. When a page with one of these videos loads (or, for some videos, when you press play), YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and device information and may store data in your browser, under Google's own privacy and cookie policies.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings. Blocking the necessary items above may sign you out or stop parts of the site from working.
Changes to this policy
If what we use changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects what you consented to, the banner will ask you again rather than carrying your earlier answer forward.
